Our presence online is targeted as an online classifieds, one-stop place for everything local. We wish to provide, via ads posted by our visitors, resources for our visitors, and useful ads and advertising to support local and small businesses.

We believe that every person and every company should have the right to use the internet for their own gain without costing a fortune. We really believe that any individual (i.e. non-commercial) should be able to access information online for no cost to them.

We also believe that people wishing to sell an item, shouldn't have to spend more money for the listing than the item costs itself! We don't see the purpose of having a classified like listing online (or "auction") that you have to pay to post, pay a percentage of the total cost, and pay for shipping and handling to the person buying it. Think about it... you sell an item online for $5. Out of the $5, up to $2 goes to fees... so then you have to increase the cost of "handling" to make up for the loss. Then it costs the person $10 for the item, that they may have been able to buy at the store for less. Sell it as a classified, granted there's no bidding, but the shipping fees and your cost is set. You could sell the item for less, and still make the same amount of money.

Everywhere's Local in the world

We donate 35% of our profits to local organizations and community programs. 25% of the 35% will even be donated back to the community that gave us money for a classified ad or advertising! Of course we do have a minimum amount for that to happen, a few cents isn't going to make a difference (actually it'd cost more to mail it than they'd get), so we have a set value in a multiple of $20.

The money that we donate is used to better society as a whole, but also taking into account the individuals. Granted, the amount that we can do varies based on the amount of income we have; however, the funds goes toward things as: purchasing land, renovating houses, creating college funds, assisting with road repairs, etc.

Future

In the future, Everywhere's Local plans of establishing large complexes throughout the world, each containing:

indoor and outdoor recreation (ex: swimming, tennis, walking, [outdoor only:] baseball and football)
food courts
business incubators
personal and business storage space
shelters for anyone needing it
- homeless
- abuse
- elements (heat in winter, cool in summer)
lan parties

We will also start building apartment complexes, and entire subdivisions for sale, lease and rent.

Current Goals

We're starting small with our goals, we just want every town in the world to have a page on our site, and for people to use it. Hence the name of the company "Everywhere's Local" for everywhere will have a single local place for their town. While keeping every non-business item free for the individuals.

Closing Stuff, pricing and the like

Of course we do have bills ourselves, and like everyone seems to ask "how do we make money if we offer stuff free?!?" businesses pay, individuals don't. All of our prices are negotiable, and any offer that isn't an insult, so to speak, will be accepted. Of course our prices are quite reasonable if you consider it. Our most expensive job posting is $100 for a local area (ex: New York), a tad bit more if you want a global or country-wide (or multi-over million city post), the same price for one job on job sites? About $465. If you buy that job in bulk, you can get it for $50/job. That's half our price -- and it's still negotiable. Try that with any other company.

So that's why we're here. To provide cost-effective classified ads and advertising for the entire planet. There's no catches.
